The “SKELETON” over-the-door clothes rack emerged from an analysis of the personal ritual of getting dressed in the morning. The project examines the everyday process of choosing clothes, which often results in a recurring pile on an armchair or bed.

Its foldable construction allows a larger number of garments to be organised within a narrow space. It transforms the familiar pile of clothes into a clear system resembling a retail display, making it easier to select and temporarily store different outfits.
The name “SKELETON” refers to the rack’s role in holding the essential garments used each day, forming a kind of structural framework for the user’s wardrobe.
