The project “Journey into My Soul” is inspired by the poetry of Vesna Parun and explores the way a poem can outlive the page and remain inscribed in the reader. It approaches poetry as a living material that can be reshaped without losing its original voice or emotional force.

The verses are not presented in their original form. Instead, they are fragmented, stripped of punctuation and capital letters, and translated into a new typographic rhythm. Every letter, space and typographic sign is carefully shaped to slow down reading, direct the gaze and create room for silence. Meaning therefore emerges not only through words, but also through the spaces between them.

The work consists of eleven postcards, each carrying a separate fragment of the poem and functioning as an independent whole. Only when all eleven postcards are brought together does the full text re-emerge.
Traditionally understood as a medium for a brief message, the postcard here becomes a carrier of verse. The poem is not revealed all at once, but gradually assembled through fragments, giving equal importance to words and to the silence between them.
