AEROTIM Hangar

Project

“AEROTIM Hangar” was designed for AEROTIM, a team of athletes and creatives led by Timur Fatkullin. Their activities include aerobatic flying, freestyle motocross and skydiving. Their achievements include winning the “$1 Million GoPro Challenge” in 2020 and 2023, receiving GoPro Awards and becoming world champions in the intermediate category of aerobatic flying in 2019.

The hangar was developed as a space for housing and maintaining sports aircraft, as well as a meeting place for the crew. The location is classified, and the project comprises 400 m² of hangar space and a 94 m² crew area.

The concept and interior were developed by Dan Vakhrameyev. The restrained design language is based on exposed surfaces, honest materials and precisely executed details, creating a disciplined and functional environment suited to pre- and post-flight routines. The project was also one of the more demanding construction undertakings.
